Job Duties

  • Adhering to OTB safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Communicating cook times and potential issues with managers and team members
  • Completing assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
  • Following portion control and presentation standards
