Job Duties

- Adhering to OTB safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicating cook times and potential issues with managers and team members
- Completing assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
- Following portion control and presentation standards
