- Previous line cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work single stations

Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
- Two years of previous line cook experience preferred
- Proficient in basic cooking skills and kitchen procedures
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items following standardized recipes and hygiene standards
- Manage single cooking stations independently while maintaining quality and speed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Assist with inventory and storage of ingredients
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and hotel policies
- Participate in training and professional development sessions as required
