Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent related experience
  • Previous line cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work single stations
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to quality and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
  • Two years of previous line cook experience preferred
  • Proficient in basic cooking skills and kitchen procedures
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items following standardized recipes and hygiene standards
  • Manage single cooking stations independently while maintaining quality and speed
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Assist with inventory and storage of ingredients
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and hotel policies
  • Participate in training and professional development sessions as required
