Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience on a fast-paced cooking line
- Food Handlers Card certification for California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, and Virginia
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety procedures
- Basic English communication skills
- Passion for cooking and teamwork

Job Duties
- Manage assigned cooking stations including set up and stocking ingredients
- Prepare and present dishes according to Lazy Dog recipes and standards
- Ensure fresh, high-quality ingredients are used in all food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Follow food safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment
- Communicate effectively with chef team regarding product, equipment, and food safety concerns
- Maintain basic knowledge of cooking equipment operation and maintenance
