The current openings at Native Grill & Wings include positions for Line Cook, Dishwasher, and Lead Line Cook, available both part time and full time. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior cooking experience preferred
  • ability to work part time or full time
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to follow food safety guidelines
  • good hygiene practices

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work well in a team
  • experience in plating and food presentation preferred

Job Duties

  • Accurately cook a variety of food products
  • prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
  • perform other food preparation duties to ensure smooth kitchen operation
  • plate food items according to Native Grill & Wings Plate Presentation Specifications
  • safely operate all kitchen equipment including fryer, pots and pans, stove, oven, grill, dishwasher, broiler, griddle, slicers, mixers, blenders, graters, can opener, knives, microwaves
  • maintain a clean working environment
