Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environment preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic understanding of kitchen equipment and safety practices
- strong attention to detail
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation

Job Duties
- accurately and efficiently cook a variety of food products
- prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
- perform other duties in food preparation to assure smooth kitchen operation
- accurately plate food items according to Native Grill & Wings plate presentation specifications
- apply knowledge of safe operation of kitchen equipment including fryer, pots and pans, stove, oven, grill, dishwasher, broiler, griddle, slicers, mixers, blenders, graters, can opener, knives, microwaves, and other kitchen equipment
- maintain a clean working environment
