Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations preferred
- Ability to obtain local food handler certification at own expense
- Capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to dynamic priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Prefer some operations experience
- Knowledge of local/municipal food safety requirements including Food Handler certification
Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- Guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
- Performing all back of house responsibilities
