Job Requirements

  • Must have a good command of the English language, both oral and written
  • Must be attentive and detail-oriented
  • Must report to work when scheduled and on time with a positive attitude
  • Must complete ServSafe Food Handler training
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Must maintain personal hygiene and wear a neat and clean uniform
  • Must be able to follow written and oral instructions and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Basic mathematical, reading, and writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills including asking for clarification on tasks, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
  • ServSafe Food Handler certification
  • Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates

Job Duties

  • Preparing high-quality food items utilizing methods such as grilling, steaming, and frying
  • Following company recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests expectations
  • Coordinating food orders for timely and efficient delivery
  • Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards
  • Meeting special customer requests while maintaining quality
  • Setting up the kitchen before opening
  • Prepping and portioning food items according to guidelines
