Job Duties
- The responsibility of our kitchen team members is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures to satisfy restaurant demand and exceed customers’ expectations
- Maintains verbal communication with FOH
- Monitors the quality of food
- Marinating and breading chicken
- Ensuring chicken is properly inspected
- Following receipts accordingly
- Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards
- Follow protocol chicken forecast
- Filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards
- Thoroughly clean equipment
- Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils
- Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Proactively help where it is most needed in the restaurant
