- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry 35 pounds

Job Duties
- Maintain an active role in the smoothness and efficiency of retail restaurant operations by producing and coordinating the production of food items needed for daily menus and special events
- Control daily and weekly inventories
- Maintain team awareness of inventory cost and profitability through proper use of production, build-to, and order sheets
- Check in with supervisor for any special preparation needed before starting normal kitchen tasks
- Coordinate production of daily menu items using menu count and production sheets to help control waste
- Check inventory of all menus
- Communicate supply needs for production with head cook
- Maintain a clean and organized work area keeping in mind all health and sanitation standards to assure integrity of food products
- Maintain equipment daily and report any malfunctions to designated Associate
- Maintain flow of food orders by communicating with Associates promptly
- Verify all special orders with designated Associate
- Maintain production of menu items throughout the day, keeping up with supply demands and making serious efforts to avoid wasted items
- Close and sanitize work area promptly according to health codes and gather items required for next day's production
- Communicate any supplies that need to be ordered to supervisor
- Check in with a supervisor before leaving
- Uphold all Health and Sanitation standards as directed by Neiman Marcus, local Health Department, and 3rd party Sanitation auditors
