Job Requirements

Be able to perform or learn to perform the essential functions of the position
Maintain mental alertness and intelligence to manage multiple food orders simultaneously
Possess sufficient physical condition to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, stoop, stand, walk continuously
Have adequate vision to read instructions and monitor food preparation
Possess hearing and verbal communication skills to respond to orders and coordinate with team
Demonstrate hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to prepare food according to specifications
Work comfortably in high-temperature kitchen environments
Read and comprehend written instructions and recipes
Maintain self-control while working under stress and time pressure

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in food preparation or cooking environment helpful but not required
Ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction
Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties

Prepare food orders accurately and quickly according to customer specifications
Separate and organize items for dine-in, carryout, and delivery orders
Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, dough proofers, and mixers
Prepare pizza dough, sauce, and toppings following standard recipes
Monitor cooking process and check food quality upon completion
Operate cash register and handle customer transactions as needed
Clean and sanitize work areas and kitchen equipment during opening and closing procedures
