Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic food handling or culinary experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable with strong work ethics
- 0 to 2 years of related experience is beneficial
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of recipe reading
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- Accurately prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
