Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Preferred 1+ year of experience in similar roles
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow the company personal care and hygiene policies
- Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents

Job Duties
- Maintain verbal communication with FOH
- Monitor the quality of food
- Marinate and bread chicken
- Ensure chicken is properly inspected
- Follow recipes accordingly
- Ensure restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards
- Follow protocol chicken forecast
- Filter oil to ensure quality standards
- Thoroughly clean equipment
- Maintain overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils
- Follow and abide by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
