Job Duties
- Maintains verbal communication with FOH
- monitors the quality of food
- marinates and breads chicken
- ensures chicken is properly inspected
- follows receipts accordingly
- ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards
- follows protocol chicken forecast
- filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards
- thoroughly cleans equipment
- maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils
- follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
