Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow standardized recipes
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • previous hotel kitchen experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • work closely with culinary team to ensure timely food service
  • maintain food safety and quality standards
  • keep kitchen clean and organized
  • report to Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • follow all safety and sanitation policies
