Nestled on the tranquil shores of Lake Arrowhead, the lodge spans an impressive 50-acre property designed to accommodate various group events, conferences, and retreats from September through mid-June. Job Requirements
- must have high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years food preparation and kitchen maintenance experience
- ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
- ability to follow safety standards
- ability to maintain regular attendance
- ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- must possess valid CA noncommercial Class C Driver's License
- must be 18 years or older
- must pass satisfactory background check and physical examination
- must have satisfactory driving record
- ability to operate independently and exercise good judgment

- 2 plus years food preparation experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read, understand, and speak English

Job Duties
