Job Duties
- Prepare and cook scratch-made Texas cuisine following company recipes and standards
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and kitchen safety
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing true hospitality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operation
- Support multiple cooking stations including prep, grill, line, and fry
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Participate in training sessions and opportunities to advance skills
