Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • assist with kitchen prep tasks
  • manage dish room and sanitation duties
  • maintain dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • support team members in daily kitchen operations
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards
