Job Duties
- Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
- inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- assist with kitchen prep tasks
- manage dish room and sanitation duties
- maintain dry stock and perishable food inventories
- support team members in daily kitchen operations
- ensure compliance with food safety standards
