Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • ability to lift and push 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must follow the company personal care and hygiene policies
  • must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintains verbal communication with FOH
  • monitors the quality of food
  • marinating and breading chicken
  • ensuring chicken is properly inspected
  • following receipts accordingly
  • ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards
  • follow protocol chicken forecast
  • filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards
  • thoroughly clean equipment
  • maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils
  • follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
