Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
- ability to perform basic math for inventory and portion control
- willingness to work flexible hours including part-time shifts
- ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- motivation to work in a team environment
- commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation

Job Duties
- Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following Executive Chef menus
- inventory and portion ingredients with accuracy
- assist with kitchen prep including dish room tasks
- manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
- contribute proactively to team efforts by rolling up sleeves where needed
- support overall kitchen operations to ensure smooth service
