Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
  • ability to perform basic math for inventory and portion control
  • willingness to work flexible hours including part-time shifts
  • ability to pass background checks and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following Executive Chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients with accuracy
  • assist with kitchen prep including dish room tasks
  • manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
  • contribute proactively to team efforts by rolling up sleeves where needed
  • support overall kitchen operations to ensure smooth service
