Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals according to Executive Chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • assist with prep work and dish room tasks
  • manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
  • contribute positively to team environment
  • comply with hospital food service protocols
