Job Duties
- Prepare and present delicious meals according to Executive Chef menus
- inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- assist with prep work and dish room tasks
- manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards

- comply with hospital food service protocols
