  • ability to perform elementary math relevant to inventory and portioning
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals following the Executive Chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • assist with kitchen prep tasks
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dish room
  • manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • collaborate effectively with team members
  • contribute to a positive and hospitable team environment
