Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation policies
  • Ability to follow recipe procedures accurately
  • Prior experience preferred but not mandatory

Job Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred but not required
  • Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, and pizza oven desired
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Demonstrated commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Ensuring the highest quality food is properly executed by adhering to recipe procedures
  • Preparing a variety of food with different methods of preparation using a variety of tools and equipment
  • Following company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Communicating clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
  • Assisting in the daily kitchen operations and maintaining cleanliness
  • Supporting team efforts to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Operating kitchen equipment such as knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, and pizza oven safely
