Job Duties

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate residents' special dietary needs
Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies as needed
Assist in training new kitchen staff
Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
