Job Requirements

- Prior experience in a food service or culinary role preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
- Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support tasks
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in kitchen and dish areas
- Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Adhere to food safety standards and hospital guidelines
