Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior cooking experience preferred but not mandatory
- ability to work full or part-time
- willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
- passion for food and hospitality
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- physically able to perform kitchen duties
Job Qualifications
- Culinary schooling or equivalent experience
- experience in a food service setting preferred
- understanding of basic cooking techniques
- ability to perform elementary mathematical calculations for inventory and portioning
- strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Duties
- Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
- inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- assist in kitchen prep and dish room duties
- manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
- ensure sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen
- contribute to team environment with positive energy
- uphold hospitality-driven service standards
