Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to read and follow recipes
- good organizational skills
- open to varied work schedules and hours
- must be able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- must be a team player
- will need certification on specific equipment such as Band Saw, Buffalo Chopper, Meat Tenderizer, Mixer and Potato Peeler after hiring

Job Duties
- receive and stock inventory
- prepare, cook and assemble orders
- keep the kitchen clean and organized
- maintain food safety and quality standards by following standard operating procedures
- work as Range Cook, Grill Cook, Fry Cook, Butcher, Salad and Vegetable Prep or Pastry Prep
- collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment
- participate in training and development programs
