Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to read and follow recipes
  • must have good organizational skills
  • open to varied work schedules and hours
  • able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • able to stand for several hours and walk long periods
  • must be a team player
  • will need certification on specific equipment such as band saw, buffalo chopper, meat tenderizer, mixer, and potato peeler after hiring

  • participate in training and certification on specific kitchen equipment
