Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to read and follow recipes
- must have good organizational skills
- open to varied work schedules and hours
- able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- able to stand for several hours and walk long periods
- must be a team player
- will need certification on specific equipment such as band saw, buffalo chopper, meat tenderizer, mixer, and potato peeler after hiring

Job Duties
- receive and stock inventory
- prepare, cook, and assemble orders

- participate in training and certification on specific kitchen equipment
