Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to read and follow recipes
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • Must be open to varied work schedules and hours depending on the restaurant's needs
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be a team player
  • Will need certification on specific equipment such as Band Saw, Buffalo Chopper, Meat Tenderizer, Mixer, and Potato Peeler after hiring

Job Duties

  • Receive and stock inventory
  • Prepare, cook, and assemble orders
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized
  • Maintain food safety and quality standards by following standard operating procedures
  • Use kitchen equipment including Band Saw, Buffalo Chopper, Meat Tenderizer, Mixer, and Potato Peeler after certification
  • Work collaboratively with team members
  • Follow recipes to ensure consistency and high-quality menu items
