Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to read and follow recipes to maintain consistency and high quality menu items
- Must have good organizational skills
- Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on the restaurant's needs
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Must be a team player
- Will need to be certified on specific equipment such as a Band Saw, Buffalo Chopper, Meat Tenderizer, Mixer and Potato Peeler after hiring

Job Duties
- Receive and stock inventory
- Prepare, cook and assemble orders
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Maintain food safety and quality standards by following standard operating procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment including Band Saw, Buffalo Chopper, Meat Tenderizer, Mixer and Potato Peeler after certification
- Assist with different cooking positions such as Range Cook, Grill Cook, Fry Cook, Butcher, Salad and Vegetable Prep, and Pastry Prep
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
