Job Requirements

  • previous experience is preferred but not required - we will train you
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to read and follow recipes to maintain consistency and high quality menu items
  • must have good organizational skills
  • open to varied work schedules and hours depending on the restaurant's needs
  • must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • must be a team player
  • will need to be certified on specific equipment such as a band saw, buffalo chopper, meat tenderizer, mixer and potato peeler (this will take place after hiring)

Job Duties

  • receive and stock inventory
  • prepare, cook and assemble orders
  • keep the kitchen clean and organized
  • maintain food safety and quality standards by following standard operating procedures
  • use and be certified on specific kitchen equipment such as band saw, buffalo chopper, meat tenderizer, mixer and potato peeler
  • work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment
  • follow recipes to ensure consistency and quality of menu items
