Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service or culinary environment preferred
  • Ability to perform basic math for inventory and portioning
  • Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Ability to contribute positively to a team environment
  • Must bring enthusiasm and a strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary or hospitality school graduate preferred
  • Prior food service or cook experience helpful but not required
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present meals following executive chef menus
  • Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • Assist in kitchen prep work including chopping and ingredient preparation
  • Manage dish room sanitation and cleanliness
  • Maintain dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues
