Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • basic cooking skills or culinary training
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
  • capability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • enthusiasm for learning and adaptability
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties

Job Qualifications

  • culinary or hospitality school graduate is preferred
  • experience in food service environments such as hospitals, schools, or colleges is an asset
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • elementary math skills for inventory and portioning
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • prepare and present delicious meals following executive chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • assist with kitchen prep work
  • maintain dish room cleanliness and sanitation
  • manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • contribute to a team-oriented work environment
