Job Duties
- Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
- Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- Assist with kitchen prep and dish room duties
- Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service
- Contribute creative input to menu and food presentation
