Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
  • Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • Assist with kitchen prep and dish room duties
  • Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service
  • Contribute creative input to menu and food presentation
