Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
experience in batch cooking or similar food preparation
ability to work flexible schedules
pass drug screening and background check
willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
basic math skills for inventory and portioning
hospitality-driven mindset

Job Qualifications

culinary schooling or equivalent experience preferred
experience in commercial or institutional food service desired
ability to work as part of a team
strong work ethic and positive attitude
knowledge of basic food preparation and sanitation
capability to follow recipes and portioning guidelines

Job Duties

prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
inventory and portion ingredients accurately
assist with kitchen prep and sanitation
manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
support dish room operations
collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen workflow
contribute creative input to menu preparations
