Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
willingness to learn and adapt to various kitchen roles
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
pass background checks and drug screening
reliable and punctual
physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods
willingness to contribute wherever needed in the kitchen

Job Qualifications

Culinary or hospitality schooling preferred
prior cooking or food service experience an asset
ability to apply elementary math skills for inventory and portioning
hospitality-driven mindset
ability to work well in a team
strong positive attitude and work ethic

Job Duties

Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following Executive Chef menus
inventory and portion ingredients accurately
assist in kitchen operations including food prep, dishwashing, and inventory management
maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in kitchen areas
learn and perform multiple kitchen job positions
work collaboratively in a team environment
contribute positive energy and strong work ethic to the team
