Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- willingness to learn and adapt to various kitchen roles
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- pass background checks and drug screening
- reliable and punctual
- physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods
- willingness to contribute wherever needed in the kitchen
Job Qualifications
- Culinary or hospitality schooling preferred
- prior cooking or food service experience an asset
- ability to apply elementary math skills for inventory and portioning

Job Duties
- Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following Executive Chef menus
- inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- assist in kitchen operations including food prep, dishwashing, and inventory management
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in kitchen areas
- learn and perform multiple kitchen job positions
- work collaboratively in a team environment
- contribute positive energy and strong work ethic to the team
