Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
background checks and drug screening
willingness to work in fast-paced kitchen environment
ability to perform physical tasks required in kitchen
ability to apply basic math for inventory and portioning
hospitality-driven mindset
availability for full or part-time shifts

Job Qualifications

Culinary school graduate or relevant experience
experience in food service preferred
ability to follow detailed recipes and presentation standards
proficiency in inventory and portion control
teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare and present meals following executive chef menus
inventory and portion ingredients accurately
assist in kitchen preparation and sanitation
maintain dish room and dry stock inventories
support perishable food inventory management
uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
contribute to a positive team environment
