Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in food service preferred but not required
ability to follow instructions and take initiative
willingness to work flexible hours including full-time or part-time
ability to pass background check and drug screening
positive attitude and strong work ethic
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Culinary schooling or equivalent experience preferred
basic knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude
experience in a food service setting such as hospital, school, or college is a plus
strong work ethic and hospitality-driven mindset
ability to apply elementary mathematical skills for inventory and portion control

Job Duties

Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
inventory and portion ingredients accurately
assist in kitchen prep including dry stock and perishable food inventories
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dish room
work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
contribute to maintaining overall kitchen organization and efficiency
support food service operations in a commercial kitchen and café setting
