Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food service preferred but not required
- ability to follow instructions and take initiative
- willingness to work flexible hours including full-time or part-time
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Culinary schooling or equivalent experience preferred
- basic knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
- ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude
- experience in a food service setting such as hospital, school, or college is a plus
- strong work ethic and hospitality-driven mindset
- ability to apply elementary mathematical skills for inventory and portion control
Job Duties
- Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
- inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- assist in kitchen prep including dry stock and perishable food inventories
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dish room
- work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- contribute to maintaining overall kitchen organization and efficiency
- support food service operations in a commercial kitchen and café setting
