High school diploma or equivalent
0 - 2 years of previous related experience preferred
Ability to work varying shifts including weekends
Open availability preferred
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow standard recipes and preparation methods

Job Qualifications

0 - 2 years of related cooking experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow recipes accurately
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
Adaptability to work varying shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends
Customer service orientation

Job Duties

Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
Assist with food waste reduction initiatives
Other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
