Job Requirements

  • Pass a federal background check
  • Successful completion of drug screening
  • Eligible to work early morning or afternoon shifts starting between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. or 12:00 and 1:00 p.m.
  • Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
  • Dependable and organized
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Flexible availability for part-time or potential full-time roles

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food service preferred
  • Culinary schooling or training advantageous
  • Ability to apply basic mathematical skills for inventory and portioning
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and reliability
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently when required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following Executive Chef menus
  • Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • Assist in kitchen prep tasks including dishroom maintenance, dry stock and perishable food inventories, and sanitation
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency
  • Adhere to scheduled start times and complete assigned shifts punctually
