Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and exert mobility for up to four hours at a time
- Capable of frequently lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- Ability to use small kitchen tools and equipment
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as needed
- Commitment to frequent hand washing and disinfecting
- Ability to work in hot and damp kitchen environments
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking or food preparation experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with team members and dining staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist with inventory and restocking of kitchen supplies
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
