Job Duties
- maintains verbal communication with front of house
- supervises food quality
- marinates and bread chicken
- ensures chicken is properly inspected
- follows receipts accordingly
- ensures restaurant compliance with health and sanitation standards
- follows chicken forecasting protocol
- filters oil to maintain quality standards
- keeps equipment completely clean
- maintains general standards of sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety for food preparation areas, kitchen services, dishes, and utensils
- follows and complies with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
