Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior cooking experience preferred
- ability to perform elementary mathematical calculations
- willing to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to pass background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
- inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- assist with kitchen prep and cooking tasks
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dish room
- manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- uphold safety and food quality standards
