Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift
  • Must be able to work alternating weekends
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen duties
  • Ability to apply basic mathematical skills for inventory and portioning

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary or hospitality school graduate preferred
  • Experience in food service settings such as hospitals, schools, or colleges is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
  • Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • Assist with kitchen prep and dish room duties
  • Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Uphold hospitality-driven work ethic
