Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift
- Must be able to work alternating weekends
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties
- Ability to apply basic mathematical skills for inventory and portioning
Job Qualifications
- Culinary or hospitality school graduate preferred
- Experience in food service settings such as hospitals, schools, or colleges is a plus
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
- Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- Assist with kitchen prep and dish room duties
- Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Uphold hospitality-driven work ethic
