Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cooking experience preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights
Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

Experience as a cook or culinary schooling
Ability to apply basic mathematical statistics related to inventory and portioning

Job Duties

Prepare and present delicious meals following executive chef menus
Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
Assist in kitchen prep including dry stock and perishable food inventories
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
Support dish room duties as needed
Contribute to a team environment with a positive attitude
Ensure food presentations meet company quality standards
