Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience preferred
  • Ability to work day and evening shifts
  • Pass background check and drug screening
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required in a commercial kitchen
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary school graduate or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in food service setting such as hospital, school, or college desired

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
  • Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • Assist in kitchen duties including food prep and dish room maintenance
  • Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in all kitchen areas
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Deliver restaurant-inspired hospitality with a positive attitude
