Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cooking or food preparation experience desired
- ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- reliable transportation
- ability to follow health and safety regulations

- ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines

Job Duties
- Prepare food according to standardized recipes
- follow trayline service procedures for meal preparation
- clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
- assist with inventory and portioning of ingredients
- participate in preparation and presentation of meals
- contribute to kitchen operations including dry stock and perishable inventories
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards
