Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous cooking or food preparation experience desired
ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to pass background check and drug screening
reliable transportation
ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Culinary schooling or relevant food service experience preferred
ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
strong teamwork and communication skills
willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
basic math skills applicable to inventory and portioning

Job Duties

Prepare food according to standardized recipes
follow trayline service procedures for meal preparation
clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
assist with inventory and portioning of ingredients
participate in preparation and presentation of meals
contribute to kitchen operations including dry stock and perishable inventories
adhere to safety and sanitation standards
