Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous cooking or food preparation experience desired
  • ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to standardized recipes
  • follow trayline service procedures for meal preparation
  • clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
  • assist with inventory and portioning of ingredients
  • participate in preparation and presentation of meals
  • contribute to kitchen operations including dry stock and perishable inventories
  • adhere to safety and sanitation standards
