Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience as a cook or relevant food service experience preferred
ability to pass background check and drug screening
availability for flexible scheduling
valid identification for interview
willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Culinary or hospitality school graduate preferred
previous cooking experience in food service settings such as hospitals, schools, or colleges a plus
strong teamwork and communication skills
hospitality-driven attitude
ability to apply basic math skills to inventory and portioning
positive energy and strong work ethic

Job Duties

Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following executive chef menus
inventory and portion ingredients accurately
assist in kitchen prep, dish room, and food inventories
maintain sanitation standards consistently
contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
support flexible scheduling and adapt to fast-paced kitchen operations
