Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking experience preferred but willing to train motivated individuals
- Ability to perform basic math for inventory and portioning
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid identification required for interview
- Must bring positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a commercial kitchen or culinary environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and portioning
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Strong commitment to food safety and sanitation
- Good communication skills
- Culinary or hospitality school education is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
- Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- Assist in kitchen prep and dish room duties
- Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
- Maintain kitchen sanitation standards
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
- Support a positive and fast-paced work environment
