Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience working as a cook or in a food service setting preferred
- ability to perform elementary math related to inventory and portioning
- willingness to work flexible hours
- ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as part of onboarding
- physically able to perform kitchen duties
- positive and hospitality-driven mindset
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food service environments preferred
- culinary or hospitality school education is a plus
- ability to work collaboratively in a team

- knowledge of food safety practices
- basic math skills for inventory and portioning

Job Duties
- Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
- inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- assist in kitchen preparations and dishroom operations
- manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
- maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
- support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- contribute positively to a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment
