Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
- inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- assist with kitchen prep, dish room duties, and maintaining dry stock and perishable food inventories

- apply basic math for inventory and portioning
- maintain a clean and organized work area
