Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • assist with kitchen prep, dish room duties, and maintaining dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • uphold strict sanitation standards
  • contribute positively in a team environment
  • apply basic math for inventory and portioning
  • maintain a clean and organized work area
